Pastor Leslie A. DeClue, (Pastor Tony) is described as a "force to be reckoned with" in St. Louis, MO. and around the world. Pastor DeClue is the innovative founder and Senior Pastor of Dove Covenant Christian Center Church (DCCCC) - a ministry of excellence and greatness. While serving in the Kingdom of God for many years, Pastor DeClue is committed to spread the Good News of Jesus all over the world, reaching out to every race and culture impacting those who are hurt, abused and broken-hearted, especially those within the church.

He received his vision for Dove Covenant Christian Center Church in 1997. He held his first worship service in the lower level of his home with around 30 or more in attendance. From there, the church used his uncle's sanctuary. Over the years, as the ministry grew, the congregation moved to a banquet room in a popular St. Louis cafeteria and from there the pastor found a more permanent nest for his "Dovenites". The Pastor spearheaded a major renovation project of the current location, before moving in and the ministry has been in that facility for 5 and a half of its ten years of existence. Pastor DeClue is known for his humorous yet simplistic and detailed delivery of the Word. Some kid around and say he missed his calling and should have been a comedian. He has a ready Word in his mouth and is a chosen and selected Prophet of God. He is an extraordinary visionary and is a man of integrity and commitment to his wife, family and vision God has entrusted to him.

Through teaching and personal impartation by his spiritual parents, Pastor Creflo and Taffi Dollar, of World Changers Church International, College Park, GA, Pastor DeClue has been mandated to preach the Word that does remove burdens and destroy yokes without compromise. Pastor DeClue encourages everyone to pursue and achieve their destiny in God. Pastor has a covenant with God and the people of God never to intentionally hurt, abuse or misuse them. He is also a native of St. Louis, MO, he and his wife Pastor Gwen have 3 sprightly spirit-filled children.

Pastor Gwendolyn M. Declue, a native of Mounds, IL is a woman of God in every sense. The wife of Pastor Leslie A. DeClue, she pastors with him at Dove Covenant Christian Center Church in St. Louis, MO. Fondly known as Pastor Gwen, (Gwenie) she has known for many years that she was called to Pastor. Pastor Gwen is motivated and very passionate to propel everyone to make applications of the Word, allow it to work and be the utmost you can be in the Kingdom of God and to affect others. She emphasizes building a relationship with God and allowing Him to be in control of your life. She has a dazzling and contagious smile that will melt the hardest of hearts. The love of God in her continually takes her to higher plateaus, giving her the compassion of Christ, yet she has the Holy Ghost boldness and courage to look demons square in the face and cast them out and fight them until victory is won. Her commitment to her Daddy God is apparent through her lifestyle.

Pastor Gwen is empowered with an extraordinary ability in the gift of exhortation. Once she admonishes with the Word, she is also the first one to help build you up. She makes you feel that you can conquer the world whether you have two pennies or two million. Even when you have missed God, she will help you back on track. Pastor Gwen is an awesome teacher and has a practical approach to empower people and give them insight to making daily applications of the principles of the Word. Her foremost endeavor is to support Pastor Tony in ministry and rear Godly children. As the mother of 3 and spiritual mother to hundreds, she is a superb role model and demonstrates the love God in the lives of all.
